As requested, I am posting a general to-do list for things we need to get done this week before we host Easterns. We will talk about items in detail at the meeting, but here is a general outline.

Wednesday April 25, 2012
- Any time: Go to ROTC supply office and request 10 walkie-talkies [CAROLINE HAMPSON]
- Morning: Go to hardware store to buy supplies [BEN LEVERGOOD]
- Afternoon: Staple all “race in progress” signs to stakes [SEAN GRIBBIN]
- Any time: Call people from all UNH farms about getting hay bales (one dozen) [BEN POLLAK]
- Contact Facilities about bike racks/barricades and bleachers at start/finish area [PAT GALVIN]

Thursday April 26, 2012
- Pick up T-shirts from Portsmouth [BEN CARGILL]
- Sort through jerseys by size and inventory them [JOE RICH]
- Stake course with “race in progress” signs [JIMMY, ETHAN]
- Sweep road course [JAMES KENNEDY, HUNTER, JOHN CROCKER]
- Making baked goods to sell on Saturday at grilling area (individually wrapped) [MOLLY, BRIDGETTE]

Friday April 27, 2012
- Evening: Sweep the criterium course and fix construction equipment [TOM P., MIKE D., CHRIS BARR, GRIBBS]
- Organize registration material with Bella [BETSEY AND JAMES]
- Load up trailer with team equipment (will not be accessible when the Whitt is closed at 5:30am!) [JIMMY, JAMES KENNEDY, ALEX BUELL, CONOR MADISON]

I will be adding to this list and accepting volunteers or assigning people to tasks. Soon I will also post a list of important day-of tasks for people to do.
