just an fyi for everyone, because i dont want to be viewed as the guy who gives 2 shits about the mtb'ers. The university suggests/expects we spend 75% of our university money on road season (longer season, significantly more riders, training trip, more expensive coach, etc). so if money spent is not 50/50, or even close to 50/50 these are some of the reasons.

we can discuss any issues that arise. i know team food was an issue in the fall(buy it, try to keep it under $50 a weekend) and lift tickets.

Other note: I suggest the team be conservative with $$ in the next year.
Reason: we did not send anyone to nationals last year(even though 5, i think, ppl qualified). I expect we will send a crew of ppl to mtn nationals and road nationals. these trips are extremely expensive and the team always tries to help out.
Reason # 2: the team is aggressively pursuing purchasing a trailer under the advice of campus rec. trailers are expensive. (I will be writing a grant proposal though, try to get most of it paid for)

Final note: We are a very strong team, mtn and road. we are expanding, winning, and having fun. We are getting great deals with old and new sponsors(some even contacting the team asking to sponsor us). lets keep riding bikes, and riding these good vibes!
